We have received the following notification in accordance with the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG - German Stock Exchange Act):

Wellington Management Company, LLP, Boston/Massachusetts (USA),
reported the following to the Management Board in a letter dated
February 28, 2007:

"Wellington Management hereby notifies in accordance with section 21
(1) sent. 1 WpHG, that its voting interest in the Issuer has reached
the 3 per cent threshold on February 23, 2007 and is now 3,13 per
cent, which corresponds to 6,658,801 voting rights. 0.80 per cent of
these voting interest in the Issuer, which corresponds to 1,701,413
voting rights are attributed to Wellington Management according to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG."
