In 2006, Solar-Fabrik AG Group has forward-looking enlarged and
internationalised its business volumes both by organic growth and by
acquisitions. These pathbreaking changes have materially influenced
the Group result of Solar-Fabrik AG already in 2006, however, the
full effect of these changes is expected to affect 2007 results. Net
sales increased by more than 43% to 73 million EUR (prior year: 51
million EUR).The forecasted net sales figures for 2006 have been
accomplished. Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) reached about
3.5 million EUR and improved by 3.8 million EUR compared to 2005.
Without the adjustment by an extra effect, EBIT would have been 4.5
million EUR. This one-time effect is associated with a project.
Measured on the quality expectations of Solar-Fabrik, this project
has developed to be not as sustainable as initially expected. Hence,
Solar-Fabrik decided to stop the continuance of the project. The
adjusted EBIT-margin amounts to 6.2% and is outperforming the
forecast.

Meanwhile, the financial year 2007 has started positively, too. Group
sales increased primarily in January 2007 by 70% compared to January
2006. The sales target for the whole financial year 2007 is unchanged
and expected to be 130 million EUR, the EBIT target is expected to be
at least 10%.

The preliminary figures are under the condition of the testimony of
the Group auditors and the acceptance of the supervisory board. The
final figures for Solar-Fabrik Group will be released to the public
as of March 30, 2007.
