SkyEurope Holding AG announces the postponement of the general meeting of the shareholders of the SkyEurope Holding AG scheduled for 16 February 2007. Important decisions provided for in the agenda require a qualified majority of the shareholders present in the general meeting. As not all open questions could be clarified with the company’s major shareholders due to time constraints, the management board, in the interest of the company and of the shareholders, has decided to postpone the general meeting. The general meeting will take place end of March. The invitation will be published within the next days.
