In accordance with §§ 21 Abs. 1, 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG we have
received on February 8, 2007 the following announcements from
Camberwell Associated S.A. on their own behalf as well as on behalf
of Sputnik Group Ltd. and Field Nominees Limited:

1. On August 3, 2006 the percentage of voting rights held by
Camberwell Associated S.A., Road Town Tortola, British Virgin
Islands, in Thielert AG pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG fell below the
threshold of 5% and then amounted to 2.90%.

2. On August 3, 2006 the percentage of voting rights held by
Sputnik Group Ltd., Nassau, The Bahamas, in Thielert AG pursuant to
§§ 21 Abs. 1, 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG fell below the threshold of
5%. Pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG, the percentage of voting rights
then amounted to 2.87%.

3. On August 3, 2006 the percentage of voting rights held by
Field Nominees Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, in Thielert AG pursuant to
§§ 21 Abs. 1, 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG fell below the threshold of
5% and then amounted to 2.90%.
