Hills, NJ 07078, herewith corrects the notification dated 24 January
2007, and gives notice pursuing to Section 21 (1) WpHG that its share
of the total voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft,
Bertha-von-Suttner-Strasse 7, 34131 Kassel, has exceeded the
threshold of 5% on 6 December 2006 and amounts on that date to 5.04
totalling to 2,080,951. All of these voting rights were attributable
to us under Section 22 paragraph 1 sent. 1 No 6 WpHG.
