H2O Innovation : the First North-American Company Listed on Alternext (by Euronext(TM)) in Paris

Quebec, Canada (ots/PRNewswire) - Messrs Guy Goulet, President and
Chief executive officer and Frédéric Dugré, Executive
Vice-President, proudly announced the listing of H2O Innovation
(2000) Inc. ("H2O", TSX-V: HEO, Alternext: MNEMO code: ALHEO) on the
Alternext (by Euronext(TM)) Exchange, Paris, in the presence of a
number of representatives from government, financial, corporate,
economic and environmental sectors. H2O will be the very first
North-American company listed on this exchange (MNEMO code: ALHEO).

The company, which will maintain its current trading on the
Canadian TSX Venture exchange, elected to list its shares on an
European Exchange in order to reach a larger number of investors
interested in the water treatment market. According to Mr Dugré:

closer relation with our European investors who already own more
than 50 % of the company shares and who show a great interest for
the water treatment, the environment and the renewable energies
sectors". With this listing, H2O strengthens its financings in order
to increase its growth capabilities through new acquisitions and

at Finance and Insurance Department, Faculty of Management Science
