1. On January 22, 2007 the voting interests held by Global
Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V., Amsterdam /
Netherlands in Thielert AG exceeded the threshold of 15 % and now
amounts to 17.63 %, which are attributable in accordance with § 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

2. On January 22, 2007 the voting interests held by Global
Opportunities Fund, Amsterdam / Netherlands in Thielert AG exceeded
the threshold of 15 % and now amounts to 17.63 %.

3. On January 22, 2007 the voting interests held by Global
Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management N.V., Amsterdam /
Netherlands exceeded the threshold of 15 % and now amounts to 17.63
%, which are attributable in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
