Fortune Management Inc. participates in formation of a Management
Company for Private Equity Funds in Abu Dhabi

Zug/Switzerland, 15 January 2007 - Fortune Management Inc. (General
Standard, ISIN USU026281027, SIN: A0BLYY) listed on the German and
the Dubai Stock Exchange (DIFX) together with the Abu Dhabi based
holding company Al Nasser International Group (ANIG) have established
Fortune Super Equity Management LLC (FSEM) with headquarters in Abu
Dhabi.

Fortune Management Inc. holds a 10 percent interest in FSEM.

FSEM has been established as an industrial holding company,
structured as a Private Equity organisation. It will invest, through
the establishment of a series of Private Equity funds, in both long
term development projects and in established companies able to
contribute to these projects. It will primarily focus on the oil,
gas, energy, infrastructure, logistics and engineering sectors.

FSEM has been granted all respective licenses by the United Arab
Emirates authorities.
