(ATXPrime: JWD) announces the acquisition of the Canadian publisher
Dreamcatcher Inc.
The necessary authorisations have been granted by the antitrust
authorities. The acquisition of Dreamcatcher Inc. is closed with
reservation to the entry of the capital increase in the commercial
register of the Austrian Republic in the course of this transaction.
