Pfaeffikon SZ, 4 January 2007 --- The Board of Directors of shaPE Capital AG decided today to increase the share capital by issuance of up to 228’667 registered shares with a par value per share of CHF 100 from authorized capital to maximal CHF 91’466’700. shaPE aims to further develop its Private Equity portfolio with the funds of the capital increase.
The new shares will be offered to the existing shareholders whereas three registered shares entitle the holder to buy one new share. The offering price of the new shares is CHF 230. The subscription rights will be traded at the SWX Swiss Exchange from 9 until 18 January 2007. As from 9 January 2007 the shares will be traded ex subscription rights. The new shares are intended to be listed at the SWX Swiss Exchange per 25 January 2007.
