Dr. Jürgen Wunram has been appointed to the Board of Directors of
Wincor Nixdorf AG effective from March 1, 2007, where he will replace
Eckard Heidloff as Chief Financial Officer. As already announced,
Eckard Heidloff will assume the role of President and CEO following
the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on January 29, 2007, thus
succeeding the present incumbent, Karl-Heinz-Stiller, who will be
retiring.

Dr. Jürgen Wunram, born 1958, holds a doctorate in mathematics from
the University of Hamburg. Following his studies, he was appointed
Project Manager by a major aerospace company. In 1992, Dr. Jürgen
Wunram joined McKinsey & Company, where his main focus is on strategy
consulting for high-tech enterprises. He has held the position of
Director at McKinsey & Company since 2003 and currently manages the
consultancy's Hamburg office. In addition, he is responsible for a
number of executive functions within the company's international
organization.

Dr. Wunram has been actively involved in the corporate development of
Wincor Nixdorf since 1993, as part of several consulting projects.
Dr. Jürgen Wunram is married and has two children.
