Einhell AG announces that Mr. Dr.-Ing. Markus Thannhuber has been appointed to Member of the Board (Chief Technical Officer) with effect from 1st January 2007.
Therewith, Mr. Dr. Thannhuber will be responsible on board-level for the R + D division, product preparation and quality management.
Dr. Thannhuber joined Hans Einhell AG as head of technical department and IT 1st October 2001. In addition he was appointed as managing director of the group-owned service company iSC GmbH in December 2001.
With the appointment of Dr. Thannhuber to the Board of Directors (Chief Technical Officer), Einhell group will further develop its product innovations and quality management.
Due to this enlargement of the BoD, an important step towards strengthened quality orientated development of the Einhell group will be done.
