Stuttgart, December 14, 2006 - Heiler Software AG, one of the leading
providers of electronic product information solutions and catalogue
management systems, increased its consolidated revenue according to
IFRS in fiscal year 2005/06 (10/01/2005 - 09/30/2006) from 5.74
million Euro by 2.96 million Euro to 8.70 million Euro (+52%). All
business areas contributed with high double-digit growth rates to the
increase in revenues. License revenues rose from 1.17 million Euro to
1.76 million Euro (+50%) when compared to the previous year.
Maintenance, hosting and so-called Application Service Providing
(ASP)-revenues increased from 1.33 million Euro to 1.85 million Euro
(+39%) and consulting revenues improved from 3.10 million Euro to
4.79 million Euro (+55%).

The revenue growth led to a strong improvement of margins and results
and to the best Group results since the IPO in the year 2000. The
earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) increased from -1.76
million Euro to -0.30 million Euro and the earnings before taxes from
-1.49 million Euro to 0.13 million Euro. Net income amounted to 0.48
million Euro after having recorded a loss of 1.49 million Euro in the
previous year. Accordingly, earnings per share improved by 0.18 Euro
from -0.14 Euro to 0.04 Euro.

With cash and cash equivalents at fiscal year end of 15.45 million
Euro (prior year: 16.19 million Euro) and shareholders’ equity of
18.63 million Euro representing 88% of total assets (prior year:
17.13 million Euro and 92%, respectively), Heiler Software continues
to retain a extremely solid financial position.

For fiscal year 2006/07 Management expects especially in the
strong-margin license and maintenance business further high
double-digit growth rates and all in all a clearly double-digit
revenue growth rate with further improvements in results.
