Cuxhaven, 12th December 2006 - The increase in the share capital of Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) has been concluded. All approximately 12.4 million offered new shares were subscribed to at an issue price of EUR 1.50. Thus the company’s share capital increased up to about 37.5 million. The transaction was accompanied by the VEM Aktienbank AG.
The company’s shareholders subscribed to about 8.16 million shares (64.97 percent). The remaining approximately 4.21 million shares (34.03 percent) were bought by institutional investors in the context of a private placement.
The roundabout EUR 18.6 million flowing into Plambeck Neue Energien AG from the increase in capital will be used mainly to redeem loans. The rest mainly will be used for the operative business of wind farm developing.
