Christ Water Technology Group has founded a Joint Venture with the
Italian company MANDRESSI located in Milano, in which CHRIST holds a
share of 65% and MANDRESSI 35%. The new company, Christ Water
Technology Italy, will in the first place take care of the Italian
and Mediterranean markets and offer water treatment technologies for
all industrial customers and for the power and petrochemical
industries in particular.

Mr. Eligio Fiori, Head of Christ Water Technology Italy comments:
"With CHRIST as a partner we win a leading European water technology
company and we are very optimistic to be successful with this
alliance."

The Mandressi Group is a leading, internationally active engineering
and construction company focused on the oil, gas and power sectors.

us into a good position to participate in the high volume of power
and petrochemical projects in Italy and the Mediterranean countries.
Mandressi is an experienced, well known and networked partner in

Pictet Asset Management discloses holding in CHRIST

Further, Pictet Asset Management has given notice that the fund
holding a participation in Christ Water Technology is managed by
Pictet Asset Management S.A. and not any longer by Pictet Asset
Management Limited as made public in June 2006. Currently, the fund
holds a 9.58% stake in Christ Water Technology AG.
