• Greenshoe option for 909,852 new shares exercised
• Additional issue proceeds of approximately EUR 5.0 m

Vienna / Waidhofen an der Ybbs, 4 December 2006 - In connection with
the initial public offering by BENE AG, on 1 December the greenshoe
option on up to 1,062,500 shares was exercised by Raiffeisen
Centrobank on behalf of the syndicate, to the extent of 909,852 new
shares. This brings the number of BENE AG shares in issue from
23,437,500 to 24,347,352 and increases the free float to 52.7%. The
exercise of the greenshoe option brings BENE AG additional gross
issue proceeds of EUR 5.0 m. The total gross proceeds that BENE AG
receives from the Offering are round about EUR 30.8 m., which will be
used to approximately two thirds for the expansion of its current
business and to approximately one third for the extension of
production capacity and automation.
