Bad Soden, November 23rd, 2006 - TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303)
presents financial figures for the first nine months of 2006´s
business year

Within the first nine months of 2006 (01/01/-09/30/2006) TRIPLAN was
able to increase its net sales (revenues incl. changes in
inventories, other operating income and other capitalized assets)
from 16,950 TEUR by 12,579 TEUR to 29,529 TEUR compared with the
previous-year-period. EBIT increased from -298 TEUR by 1,322 TEUR to
1,024 TEUR.

The net income increased by 1,159 TEUR from -424 TEUR in previous
year´s reference period to 735 TEUR.

In addition to the positive revenue and income development, the
company also succeeded in clearly improving its cash position.
Overall, on the reporting date TRIPLAN was in liquid funds of 3,527
TEUR after 1,950 TEUR on September 30th, 2005. The equity ratio was
53.9 percent after 53 percent compared to the previous-year-period.
To September 30th, 2006, the earnings per share is 0.09 EUR (previous
year -0.05 EUR) (diluted/undiluted). With this, the first nine months
follow the positive development of the previous quarters.

Annualized, total net sales in the amount of 36m EUR and an EBIT in
the amount of 1.4m EUR are being expected.
