MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG has released its figures for the third quarter of 2006. The results for the first nine months of 2006 show turnover of EUR 1.2 million with an EBITDA of EUR 915 k and a Net Profit of EUR 65 k. MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG’s entire QIII Report is now available via the website, www.mim.ag.
The Board of Management informs the investors that it has decided, with the Supervisory Board’s approval, not to conduct the capital increase at this time, because the major shareholder, Mondo TV S.p.A., informed the company that it would not participate in the capital increase. The decision was made with the realisation that the company’s planned co-productions that should begin before next autumn can all be funded with its current capital. It will be recommended that the next Shareholders’ Meeting formally cancel the decision for the capital increase from the last Shareholders’ Meeting.
