Geschrieben am 17.11.2006 - [Nächster Artikel]

Frankfurt/Main (ots) - Sheremetyevo Moscow International Airport
and KfW IPEX-Bank (Germany) have signed a Financing Agreement on the
provision of the credit line of 5 million EURO for 7 years. These
funds are to finance special aerodrome equipment purchase. The
financial deal with Sheremetyevo is KfW IPEX-Bank's first step into
Russian Airport-Sector and Sheremetyevo's first financing with an
international bank.

"The Bank has offered Sheremetyevo attractive conditions for
financing taking into consideration the stable position of the
company on the market and development perspectives as well as the
financial results for 2004-2005 prepared according IFRS. An
agreement on the provision of financing with the large international
bank is the result of the purposeful policy of Sheremetyevo, which,
as a result, provides the direct access to the western capital
markets," said Mr. Dmitry Kalinin, Chief Financial Officer, JSC
International Airport Sheremetyevo. "The ability to attract
investments on the most favorable conditions is a key competence of
Sheremetyevo International Airport as the infrastructure company."

Dr. Wolfgang Richter, KfW IPEX-Bank's Senior Vice President
Airport financing underlined the growing importance of financings in
Russia for KfW IPEX-Bank: "This financing as our first Russian
airport financing is a contribution to the development of
infrastructure in Russia and will be the basis for a fruitful
cooperation in the future."
