The COMPUTERLINKS Group is on course for further growth after nine
months. Group turnover increased in the first nine months of the
current financial year by 53.8% to 266.5 million Euro (same period
last year: 173.3 million Euro). EBITDA (earnings before interest,
taxes, depreciation and amortisation) rose to 9.5 million Euro in the
first three quarters of 2006 from 7.3 million Euro in the same period
of the previous year (+29.8%). Net income for the period improved in
the first nine months of 2006 to 5.5 million Euro compared to 3.8
million Euro in the first nine months of the previous year (+46.6%).
Despite an increase in the number of shares compared to the same
period last year (+7.3%) earnings per share increased by 35.8% to
0.82 Euro in the first nine months of the current financial year
(same period last year: 0.60 Euro).

Group turnover for the 3rd quarter of 2006 rose by 44.5% to 88.9
million Euro (3rd quarter 2005: 61.6 million Euro). Gross margins
stabilised at the same level as the 2nd quarter at 14.3% compared to
14.0% in the 1st quarter. Earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) improved in the 3rd quarter of
2006 by 68.0% to 3.2 million Euro (3rd quarter 2005: 1.9 million
Euro). Net income for the period for the 3rd quarter of 2006 was 1.8
million Euro compared to 0.9 million Euro in the 3rd quarter of 2005
(+ 88.1%). This resulted in an increase in the earnings per share of
89.0% to 0.27 Euro (3rd quarter 2005: 0.14 Euro).

The significant increase in the key figures for the Group is combined
with the profitability of all the COMPUTERLINKS companies.
