Cuxhaven, November 06, 2006 - Despite a negative result in the third
quarter, the Plambeck Neue Energien AG wind-farm projecting company
(ISIN DE000A0JBPG2) still expects a positive operating result for the
fiscal year of 2006. In the third quarter, the company suffered from
the fact that approvals for the construction of further wind-farms
were only granted with a delay, postponing the implementation of
these projects. This is why turnover and income from these projects
were also not achieved in the third quarter.

In October 2006, two of the four building permits expected were
granted for ten wind energy systems. The building permits for seven
further wind energy systems are expected in the near future. Project
implementation is planned without delay after receipt of the
approvals.

In the group, an overall performance of 50.5 mill. Euro was achieved
in the first nine months of the fiscal year of 2006 (previous year:
51.2 mill. Euro), split up into 47.2 mill. Euro from turnover revenue
(previous year: 40.2 mill. Euro), 1.7 mill. Euro from changes in
inventory (previous year: 1.7 mill. Euro) and 1.6 mill. Euro
(previous year: 9,3 mill. Euro) from other operational income.

The operating result (EBIT) of the first nine months amounts to minus
3.5 mill. Euro (previous year: 0.0 mill. Euro) and the result of
customary business activity (EBT) to minus 7.2 mill. Euro (previous
year: 0.1 mill. Euro). EBIT and EBT have been essentially marked by
the postponements of the turnovers and incomes from the planned
project implementations, with the costs still being incurred at the
same time.
