voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has exceeded the
threshold of 5% on 06.09.2010 and amounts to 5.03% (1,663,498 voting shares) on
that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to Section
22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., New York, U.S.A have informed us on September 10, 2010, that
the percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany has exceeded the threshold of 5% on 06.09.2010 and amounts to 5.02%
(1,660,136 voting shares) on that day.

percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany
has exceeded the threshold of 5% on 06.09.2010 and amounts to 5.02% (1,660,136
voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant
