Vienna, September 2006. Austria - Hungary. S&T System Integration &
Technology Distribution AG has purchased the SAP specialist Unitis,
further expanding its presence on the Hungarian IT services market.

This acquisition will enable S&T to massively expand its SAP business
in Hungary. At the same, S&T will be able to reinforce its position
as a systems integrator in the Hungarian IT service sector.

Unitis has many years of industry-specific and technological
expertise with a customer base which includes renowned Hungarian and
international companies. With more than 110 new Unitis employees S&T
will in future employ more than 700 people in it’s software solutions
business. The takeover has brought the number of S&T employees in
Hungary to almost 160.

"This takeover has expanded our nationwide SAP presence in one of the
core countries of this region, making us one of the key players in
the Hungarian IT services sector. We are also pleased that we have
been able to strengthen our local management team with László Varga
and Zsolt Nagy. Istvan Simon, our present MD of S&T Hungary, will
continue to manage our infrastructure business. The goal now is to
aggressively expand our strong business in Hungary and to use
potential synergies," says Christian Rosner, CEO of S&T AG.
