Wiesbaden (euro adhoc) - The Board of Directors as well as the
Chairman of the Supervisory Board have in the meantime resorted to
the courts and applied for several interim injunctions to have these
resolutions declared invalid and without any legal effect and this
action had to be implemented as a result of the multiple attempts by
two members of the Supervisory Board, Dr Thomas Heidel and Robert
Vinall, to pass resolutions on behalf of the Supervisory Board of P&I
Personal & Informatik AG without the participation of the Chairman of
the Supervisory Board, Mr Michael Wand. The courts that dealt with
the matter have also implicitly declared invalid the dismissal of the
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr Vasilios Triadis. Dr Heidel
and Mr Vinall were also forbidden by the interim injunctions to again
try to jointly pass Supervisory Board resolutions or to implement any
other such resolutions.
