Bad Soden, 1. September, 2006 - TRIPLAN AG´s (ISIN: DE 0007499303)
board of directors in consent with its supervisory board resolved a
capital increase for cash in compliance with the company´s articles
of association. The capital increase will be executed of TRIPLAN´s
Authorized Capital I to the exclusion of the shareholders´
subscription rights. The 691,952 new shares entitled to dividends
from 1. January, 2006 shall be subscribed for by investors coming
from the shareholders at a price of EUR 2.20 per share.

The gross liquidity of this issue of shares shall amount to EUR
1,522,294.40 and will be used for the expansion of the strategic and
international engineering project business.

Given a process of the corporate action as planned, TRIPLAN´s capital
stock will be increased from EUR 8,564,956.00 to EUR 9,256,908.00.
