Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Switzerland - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss
Exchange: LIFE) announced today that according to a notification
signed on July 6, 2010, Henderson Global Investors Ltd., 201
Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3AE (Contact person: Vina Patel, Phone +44
20 7818 64 39) now holds 653,165 registered shares or 5.01 % of the
voting rights in LifeWatch AG after a purchase on June 30, 2010.
Henderson Global Investors Ltd. as licencee holds this position
