seq. WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) on 7 July 2010:

1. Balance Vermittlungs- und Beteiligungs-AG, Hamburg, Germany

"Pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG, we hereby announce that the percentage of
voting rights of Balance Vermittlungs- und Beteiligungs-AG in OVB Holding AG
exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, and 15% on 30 June 2010, amounting to
17.54% (2,499,000 voting rights) as of that date.

All 2,499,000 voting rights are held directly by Balance Vermittlungs- und
Beteiligungs-AG."

2. Deutscher Ring Krankenversicherungsverein a.G., Hamburg, Germany

"Pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG, we hereby announce that the percentage of
voting rights of Deutscher Ring Krankenversicherungsverein a.G. in OVB Holding
AG exceeded the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and 50% on 30 June
2010, amounting to 50.88% (7,251,361 voting rights) as of that date.

Of the total of 50.88% (7,251,361 voting rights), 17.54% (2,499,000 voting
rights) are attributed to Deutscher Ring Kankenversicherungsverein a.G.
pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1, sentence 3 WpHG.

These attributed voting rights are held through the following companies,
controlled by Deutscher Ring Krankenversicherungsverein a.G., whose percentage
of voting rights in OVB Holding AG amounts to 3% or more:

- Balance Vermittlungs- und Beteiligungs-AG, Hamburg, Germany

Of the total percentage of 50.88% (7,251,361 voting rights), 29.61% (4,219,900
voting rights) are attributed to Deutscher Ring Krankenversicherungsverein a.G.
pursuant to Section 22 (2) WpHG.

These attributed voting rights are held through the following companies whose
percentage of voting rights in OVB Holding AG amounts to 3% or more:

"Pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG, we hereby announce that the percentage of
voting rights of IDUNA Vereinigte Lebensversicherung a.G. in OVB Holding AG
exceeded the thresholds of 30% and 50% on 30 June 2010, amounting to 50.88%
(7,251,361 voting rights) as of that date.

21.27% (3,031,461 voting rights) are attributed to IDUNA Vereinigte
Lebensversicherung a.G. pursuant to Section 22 (2) WpHG.

Voting rights held by the following shareholders whose respective percentage of
voting rights in OVB Holding AG amounts to 3% or more are attributed to IDUNA
Vereinigte Lebensversicherung a.G.:

- Deutscher Ring Krankenversicherungsverein a.G., Hamburg, Germany."

4. SIGNAL Unfallversicherung a.G., Dortmund, Germany

"Pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG, we hereby announce that the percentage of
voting rights of SIGNAL Unfallversicherung a.G. in OVB Holding AG exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and 50% on 30 June 2010,
amounting to 50.88% (7,251,361 voting rights) as of that date.

This amount of 50.88% (7,251,361 voting rights) is attributed to SIGNAL
Unfallversicherung a.G. pursuant to Section 22 (2) WpHG.

Voting rights held by the following shareholders whose respective percentage of
voting rights in OVB Holding AG exceeds 3% are attributed to SIGNAL
Unfallversicherung a.G.:

thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and 50% on 30 June 2010,
amounting to 50.88% (7,251,361 voting rights) as of that date.
