rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has exceeded the threshold of 5%
on 13.05.2010 and amounts to 5,18% (1,712,279 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to Section
22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., New York, USA have informed us on May 18, 2010, that the
percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany
has exceeded the threshold of 5% on 13.05.2010 and amounts to 5,18% (1,712,279
voting shares) on that day.
