below the threshold of 15 per cent on 14 May 2010 and amounted to 14.989 per
cent (28,689,789 voting rights) as per the end of this date.

All these voting rights are attributed to The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son
Limited pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Voting rights that are attributed to The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited
are held via the following companies which are controlled by The Bank of N.T.
Butterfield & Son Limited and whose holding of voting rights amounts to 3 per
cent or more in K+S Aktiengesellschaft: EuroChem International Holding B.V.,
which is an undertaking indirectly controlled by the Bank of N.T. Butterfield &
Son Limited through Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited, Linetrust PTC Ltd.,

percentage of its voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft fell below the
threshold of 15 per cent on 14 May 2010 and amounted to 14.989 per cent
(28,689,789 voting rights) as per the end of this date.

All these voting rights are attributed to Linetrust PTC Ltd. pursuant to Section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Voting rights that are attributed to Linetrust PTC Ltd. are held via the
following companies which are controlled by Linetrust PTC Ltd. and whose holding
of voting rights amounts to 3 per cent or more in K+S Aktiengesellschaft:

its voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft fell below the threshold of 15 per
cent on 14 May 2010 and amounted to 14.989 per cent (28,689,789 voting rights)
as per the end of this date.

All these voting rights are attributed to Linea Ltd. pursuant to Section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

rights of MCC Holding Public Company Limited in K+S Aktiengesellschaft fell
below the threshold of 15 per cent on 14 May 2010 and amounted to 14.989 per
cent (28.689.789 voting rights) as per the end of this day.

Of these voting rights, 9.998 per cent (19.136.595 voting rights) are to be
attributed to MCC Holding Public Company Limited pursuant to Section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Voting rights that are to be attributed to MCC Holding Public Company Limited

Federation, notified us on 17 May 2010 that the percentage of their voting
rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft fell below the threshold of 10 per cent on 14
May 2010 and amounted to 9.998 per cent (19.136.595 voting rights) as per the
end of this date.

Of these voting rights, 9.998 per cent (19.136.595 voting rights) are to be
attributed to OJSC MCC "EuroChem" pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.

Voting rights that are to be attributed to OJSC MCC "EuroChem" per this date are
held via the following company which is controlled by OJSC MCC "EuroChem" and
whose holding of voting rights amount to 3 per cent or more in K+S
Aktiengesellschaft: EuroChem International Holding B.V.
