accordance with Section 21 (1) and Section 24 of the WpHG that the voting
rights of its subsidary FRANKFURT-TRUST Invest Luxemburg AG, Luxembourg, in
Mühlbauer Holding AG & Co. KGaA exceeded the threshold of 3% on April 27, 2010,
and amounted to 3.156% (198,195 voting rights) on this day.
