(12,145,217 voting rights). All of these voting rights are attributed to SGG
HOLDINGS S.A. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Arcandor AG (Theodor-Althoff-Straße 2,
45133 Essen, Germany) and on that day held 2,63 % (6.668.110 voting rights,
calculated on the basis of total voting rights of 253,226,0809).

All of these voting rights are attributed to SGG S.A. pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

45133 Essen, Germany) and on that day held 2,63 % (6.668.110 voting rights,
