AG exceeded the 3 per cent threshold of sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG and amounted, as
at this date, to 3.34 per cent of the voting rights (i.e., 1,472,077 voting
rights of the 44,092,085 shares outstanding at that date) in Epigenomics AG.
