Financial Consolidation

Today, november AG (ISIN: DE000A0Z24E9) succeeded in negotiating
another waiver of a substantial loan. On the one hand, one of the
major shareholders waives his entitlement to the repayment of a
shareholder´s loan of approx. EUR 1.2 mio versus november AG without
anything in return. On the other hand, also another loan to the
subsidiary PROGEN Biotechnik GmbH in the amount of TEUR 670 is paid
off completely by a one-off payment of TEUR 360. Thus, short-term
liabilities were reduced by a total of approx. EUR 1.9 mio. This loan
waiver results in an extraordinary income of approx. EUR 1.5 mio,
improving the equity base by this amount.
This constructive cooperation with the major shareholder represents
another important milestone in the financial stabilization of the
november AG and its subsidiaries.
