Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, went below the threshold of 5% of the total
voting stocks of Wincor Nixdorf AG on November 30, 2009.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Limited in
Wincor Nixdorf AG at November 30, 2009 amounted to 4.984% (1,648,901 shares).
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Asset
