ItN Nanovation AG together with Commerzbank and HypoVereinsbank have
agreed on further details for the planned initial public offering of
ItN Nanovation AG:

The offering of up to 1,380,442 shares of the Company (after full
overallotment) will take place in a fixed price process. The
placement price for which purchase orders can be submitted, is EUR
20. The offering is expected to take place from 26 July 2006 until 27
July 2006 (2:00 p.m. Central European Daylight Savings Time) for
retail investors and 4:00 p.m. (Central European Daylight Savings
Time) for institutional investors. Trading of the shares in the
Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is
planned to commence on 28 July 2006.

There shall be a preferential allotment of shares at the placement
price for the strategic investors Dr. Wilfried Stoll and Dr. h.c.
Kurt Stoll and the shareholders of Nanostart AG, and as part of a
"friends & family" program, including for employees of ItN Nanovation
AG.
