Toronto (ots/PRNewswire) - The board of Medify Solutions Limited
has announced the confirmation of the extraordinary share dividend
following its European subsidiary float. As stated, all shareholders
in Medify Solutions Limited (Pink Sheets: MFYS) will receive a share
for share dividend granted on floatation. For every share held in
Medify Solutions Limited, existing share holders will receive a
reciprocal free trading share in the European operation. Eligibility
for this dividend is valid for all shareholders and closes at the
close of the market on Friday 28th July 2006. Jonathan Bryant,
