CompuGROUP Holding AG has received a voting right notifications pursuant to §
21 (1) WpHG as follows:
Dr. Reinhard Koop, Germany, has made a voting right notification
pursuant to § 21 (1) WpHG, that on January 7th 2009 his holdings of
voting rights in CompuGROUP Holding AG fell below the thresholds of
25 per cent, 20 per cent and 15 per cent and he held at this date
12.60 per cent (6,706,325 shares with voting rights).
8.46 per cent (4,500,000 shares) of the voting rights are attributed
to Dr. Koop pursuant to § 22 (2) sent. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to Dr. Koop by GT 1 Vermögensverwaltung
GmbH, Germany, which holds directly 3 per cent or more of voting
rights.
