Ralph Dommermuth, Montabaur, Germany informed our company on December
16, 2008 about the subsequent notification of the following:

a) Ralph Dommermuth notifies pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG ("German
Securities Trading Act") that on February 8, 2002, the percentage of
voting rights in AdLINK Internet Media AG, Elgendorfer Straße 57,
56410 Montabaur fell below the threshold of 75% and amounts to 62.27%
(16,035,137 voting rights). Thereof 41.27% (10,627,637 voting rights)
were attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG and 21.00% (5,407,500 voting rights) were attributed to him
pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 3 WpHG in conjunction with
section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.

The attributed voting rights according to section a) were held by the
following company controlled by him and whose voting rights in AdLINK
Internet Media AG amount to 3% or more:

United Internet AG

b) Furthermore, Ralph Dommermuth notifies pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG ("German Securities Trading Act"), that on December 24, 2002,
the percentage of voting rights in AdLINK Internet Media AG,
Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur fell below the threshold of
50% and amounts to 46.62% (12,005,408 voting rights). Thereof 46.62%
(12,005,408 voting rights) were attributed to him pursuant to section
22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

c) Furthermore, Ralph Dommermuth notifies pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG ("German Securities Trading Act"), that on July 27, 2004, the
percentage of voting rights in AdLINK Internet Media AG, Elgendorfer
Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur exceeded the threshold of 50% and amounts
to 67.48% (17,412,908 voting rights). Thereof 67.48% (17,412,908
voting rights) were attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

d) Furthermore, Ralph Dommermuth notifies pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG ("German Securities Trading Act"), that on September 22, 2004,
the percentage of voting rights in AdLINK Internet Media AG,
Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur exceeded the threshold of 75%
and amounts to 82.45% (21,275,408 voting rights). Thereof 82.45%
(21,275,408 voting rights) were attributed to him pursuant to section
22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

The attributed voting rights according to section b), c) and d) were
held by the following company controlled by him and whose voting
rights in AdLINK Internet Media AG amount to 3% or more:
