Bad Soden, November 20, 2008 - TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303 /
Prime Standard) closed the first nine months of 2008 with group
revenues of 34,627 TEUR (Previous year period: 34,743 TEUR). The
engineering-segment contributed 32,349 TEUR (Previous year period:
31,740 TEUR) to the revenues and the technology service-segment
contributed 2,608 TEUR after 3,185 TEUR as at September 30, 2007 to
the revenues. The decline in revenues in the technology
services-segment can be traced back to the spin-off of a bigger part
of the IT-segment within the joint venture with Neilsoft Ltd. As at
September 30, 2008, the dropped out revenues were nearly compensated
by the engineering segment. TRIPLAN Consulting GmbH contributed first
revenues to the technology service segment.

TRIPLAN improved the EBIT from 1,653 TEUR by approximately 39.7
percent to 2,310 TEUR and generated an EBIT-margin of 6.7 percent in
the first nine months of 2008. The net profit after minority
interests was improved by approximately 33.3 percent from 1,329 TEUR
to 1,771 TEUR (EpS diluted/undiluted: 0.18 Euro after 0.14 Euro as at
September 30, 2007).

The cash account was improved from 5,686 TEUR by 18.9 percent to
6,758 TEUR. The equity ratio is still 54.8 percent.

Due to the current market position, the major projects in process and
the further high degree of employee efficiency, that is ensured
extensively until the end of 2009, the Management Board retained its
forecast of revenues in the amount of 44.5 million euro and an EBIT
in the amount of 2.9 million euro for the business year 2008.
