Krems, 25th September, 2008: Eybl International AG has been informed,
that the FRIES Familien-Privatstiftung has acquired on 11th
September, 2008 10.202.523 new shares and the FRIES
Familien-Privatstiftung therefore holds 85,48 % of the shares.
By 31th March, 2008 the shareholding of FRIES Familien-Privatstiftung
was 42,36 %.
According Austrian law a company has to announce if the stake of a
shareholder exceeds or falls below a certain value (e.g. 5%).
