Publication pursuant to section 26 para. 1 WpHG

In accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG, on June 30, 2008 Allianz
SE, Munich, Germany, has informed us that on June 24, 2008 its voting
interest in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 2,96% (978,458 voting rights of
33,084,988 total voting rights) on that day. 2.91% of the voting
rights (964,438 voting rights) were attributed to Allianz SE pursuant
to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and 0.04 % of the voting
rights (14,020 voting rights) pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.

At the same time Allianz SE, Munich, Germany, has informed us in
accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on June 27, 2008 its
voting interest in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, has
exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.04% (1,005,125 voting
rights of 33,084,988 total voting rights). 2.99% of the voting rights
(991,105 voting rights) were attributed to Allianz SE pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and 0.04% of the voting rights
(14,020 voting rights) pursuant to section 22 para.1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.
