We hereby give notice, that on 15th of May, 2008 the percentage
holding of the voting rights held by our subsidiary DWS Investment
GmbH, Frankfurt (Germany) in P&I Personal & Informatik AG fell below
of the threshold of five percent and amounted to 3.83 percent. The
total number of voting rights is 295,000.
