On May 12, 2008, Columbia Wanger Asset Management has informed MPC
Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG pursuant to sections 21 and 22 German
Securities Act (WpHG) about the following:

On behalf of Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P., 227 W. Monroe
Street, Suite 3000, Chicago, IL, USA, we hereby give notice, pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 8 May 2008 the voting interest of
Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P., in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen
Capital AG, Palmaille 75, 22767 Hamburg, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 5% and amounted to 4,23% of the voting rights [i.e.,
514,000 shares with voting rights, out of 12,146,000 shares with
voting rights outstanding (based on Bloomberg)] on this day.

4,23% (all) of the voting rights (514,000 voting rights) are
attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6.

On behalf of WAM Acquisition GP, Inc., 227 W. Monroe Street, Suite
3000, Chicago, IL, USA, we hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG, that on 8 May 2008 the voting interest of WAM
Acquisition GP, Inc. in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG,
Palmaille 75, 22767 Hamburg, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5%
and amounted to 4,23% [i.e., 514,000 voting rights, out of 12,146,000
voting rights outstanding (based on Bloomberg)] on this day.

4,23% (all) of the voting rights (514,000 voting rights) are
attributable to WAM Acquisition GP Inc. in accordance with sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG
via Columbia Wanger Asset Management L.P.
