Inc., New York, USA informed us on 6 May 2008 pursuant to paragraph
21, section 1 WpHG that they each exceeded the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 2 July 2007 and at that
point in time held 3.12% (7,843,900 voting shares) and that they each
exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on 27 July 2007 and
at that point in time held 5.70% (14,314,100 voting shares).

All voting shares are attributed to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.,
New York, USA and Neuberger Berman Inc., New York, USA respectively
pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG in
