On May 6,2008, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l.,
Luxembourg, Luxembourge has informed MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital
AG pursuant to sections 21 and 22 German Securities Act (WpHG) about
the following:
On 30 April 2008, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l.,
Luxembourg, Luxembourg exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% of
voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG. As of that date,
Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l held 12.73% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 1,546,418 voting rights).
Accordingly, each of the following entities associated with Corsair
III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. also exceeded the thresholds of
3%, 5% and 10% of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG
on 30 April 2008, and indirectly held 12.73% of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 1,546,418 voting rights), which are attributed
to them according to Section 22 (1) No. 1 WpHG:
