Publication pursuant to § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG
In accordance with § 21 para 1 WpHG Fidelity Investments
International, Hildenborough, UK, have informed us that on April 30,
2008 their shareholdings in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany,
went below the threshold of 3%. On that date they held 2.74% of the
voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG arising from 905,005 voting
rights. All voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG were attributed to
Fidelity Investments International pursuant to section 22 para 1 sent
1 no. 6 WpHG.
In accordance with § 21 para 1 WpHG Fidelity Investments
International, Hildenborough, UK, have informed us in the name and on
behalf of FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda that on April 30, 2008
their shareholdings in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, went
below the threshold of 3%. On that date FIL Limited held 2.74% of the
voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG arising from 905,005 voting
rights. All voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 para 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG.
In accordance with § 21 para 1 WpHG Fidelity Investments
International, Hildenborough, UK, have informed us in the name and on
behalf of Fidelity Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, UK,
that their shareholdings in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany,
went below the threshold of 3% on April 30, 2008. On that date
Fidelity Investment Management Limited held 2.74% of the voting
rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG arising from 905,005 voting rights. All
voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG were attributed to Fidelity
Investment Management Limited pursuant to section 22 para 1 sent 1
no. 6 in connection with sent 2 WpHG.
