Koblenz (euro adhoc) - CompuGROUP Holding AG extends the offer period
to Profdoc ASA shareholders

CompuGROUP Holding AG announces today 7 May 2008 that it is extending
the offer period for its voluntary public cash offer to acquire all
outstanding shares in Profdoc ASA. The extended offer period expires
at 16.30pm (CET) on Tuesday, 20 May 2008. The terms and conditions
set out in the offer document, dated 21 April 2008, remain in place
during the extended offer period.
