1. JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, United Kingdom
informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 30th of
April 2008 the voting rights of JPMorgan Asset Management (UK)
Limited in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has exceeded the
threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 3.08 percent (652,282 shares)
in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.

All voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 of the WpHG.

2. JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings (UK) Limited, London, United
Kingdom informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
30th of April 2008 the voting rights of JPMorgan Asset Management
Holdings (UK) Limited in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has
exceeded the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 3.08 percent
(652,282 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares.
