In the name and on behalf of Fidelity Investments International,
Hildenborough, Kent, England, Fidelity International notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 28 April 2008 Fidelity Investments International fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft, 34131
Kassel, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Investments International
held 2.95% of the voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft arising
from 1,217,775 voting rights.
All voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to
Fidelity Investments International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.
In the name and on behalf of FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda,
Fidelity International notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of
the following:
On 28 April 2008 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft, 34131 Kassel, Germany. On
that date, FIL Limited held 2.96% of the voting rights in K+S
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 1,221,285 voting rights.
All voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
