Geveran Trading Co. Ltd., Limassol, Cyprus, informed us on 16 April
2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that they fell below
the thresholds of 3 and 5% of the voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover,
Germany, on 15 April 2008 and at that point in time held 0.00% (0
voting shares).
Furthermore, Greenwich Holdings Ltd., Limassol, Cyprus, informed us
on 16 April 2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, 1 WpHG that they fell
below the thresholds of 3 and 5% of the voting rights in TUI AG,
Hanover, Germany, on 15 April 2008 and at that point in time held
0.00% (0 voting shares). These voting rights had been attributed to
Greenwich Holdings Ltd. pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence
1, no. 1 WpHG and had been attached to shares held by Geveran Trading
Co. Ltd., which is controlled by Greenwich Holdings Ltd.
